In this newly created role, Sam will lead and scale our global people strategy, supporting continued growth through:
- Establishing a best-in-class talent acquisition programme, to expand our team; and
- Creating learning and professional development opportunities that help our people to grow their careers with Sonata One and benefit from being part of a fast-scaling business.

Sam brings over 20 years of HR and leadership experience across high-growth fintech, healthtech, and cleantech businesses. His expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and building high-performance cultures will be central to executing our people strategy and powering our next phase of evolution.
