Sam joined Sonata One in September 2025. Based in London, he leads all aspects of our people strategy—overseeing learning and development, talent acquisition, and championing our one global thread culture.

With more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience across high-growth businesses in the fintech, healthtech, and cleantech sectors, Sam is a seasoned people leader with a proven track record in implementing mature HR frameworks, driving employee engagement, and building best-in-class leadership teams.

Away from the office, Sam enjoys all things sport and spending time with his young family.
