Tim Andrews
CEOAs CEO and Founder of Sonata One, Tim leads the company’s vision to become the international exchange for private funds.
He has spent his career bringing people and technology together to simplify private markets investing – from building the core system at Ipes (now Apex Group) and launching one of Europe’s first licensed AIF Depositaries, to founding Sonata One (then The ID Register) in 2020.
Tim is passionate about cultivating a culture where people thrive and are inspired by Sonata One’s mission: opening private markets, streamlining access for institutions, and expanding opportunities for individuals to invest in their future and enjoy a happy and dignified retirement.
Outside the office, Tim’s most at home looking up and moving forward, running high in the mountains.
Mark Quigley
General CounselMark has been with Sonata One (then IDR) since its early days and is our point person for everything legal. Mark is an attorney in New York and a solicitor in Ireland. Having spent years in risk management the opportunity, challenge, and fast growth of a fintech attracted Mark to jump ship.
Most recently, Mark has leveraged his legal background to lead the development and roll out of Sonata One’s fully digital subscription service. He is our sole employee based in Ireland and can be found surfing when not developing new product ideas or helping our clients.
Colin Clunie
Chief Operating OfficerColin Clunie is Chief Operating Officer at Sonata One, leading all aspects of Client Service including client relationships, service delivery, and people development across the global business.
Colin is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years of experience in financial services across Asset Management, Insurance, and Banking. Colin joins from Clearwater Analytics a global data and investment accounting platform for institutional investors, prior to which he held senior leadership and operational roles at Athora and BlackRock giving him deep insight into the operational challenges asset managers face and how technology can help scale and streamline operations.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys family time, concerts and various sports including golf, football and rugby. He also enjoys fly-fishing and sharing stories about the one that got away.
Martin Mullins
Client Service DirectorMartin has been involved with Sonata One (previously IDR) since its inception as part of Ipes (now Apex). Prior to this, he spent 16 years leading operational teams within Ipes before moving into a client relationship management role.
Through his operational background, Martin has a great understanding of what our clients need and how we can best support them. He has oversight of all of client relationships and is responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver on expectations and grow revenue through the addition of new services.
Jason Meklinsky
Chief Revenue OfficerJason is the Chief Revenue Officer and a member of Ex-Co at Sonata One (previously IDR). He is responsible for the implementation of the commercial strategy in the US market covering both business development and marketing activities.
Jason’s private markets career spans more than 25 years in both C-level and Business Development capacities. He joins Sonata One from Socium Fund Services, a middle markets fund administrator where he was Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer. Prior to this, he developed his passion for helping clients build scale and adapt to the ever-changing private markets landscape in roles at global firms including Apex Group, Hedgeserv, UBS and Bear Stearns.
When Jason is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing golf and slowly reentering the world of cycling- a sport he was formerly engaged in as a national-level rider in the US.
Jason Green
Chief Technology OfficerJason joined Sonata One (then IDR) in 2023 and has more than 15 years’ of experience working in senior management and technology roles in a broad range of sectors from startups to listed businesses. He’s also a seasoned entrepreneur and has built products from the ground up.
He will lead our product, UX, engineering, and data teams as we continue to grow focussing on enhancing our existing technology and developing new services.
In his spare time, Jason is a keen road cyclist and enjoys spending time with his kids, wife, and their plethora of animals including a dog, fish and a hamster.
Sam Cushing
Director of People and CultureSam joined Sonata One in September 2025. Based in London, he leads all aspects of our people strategy—overseeing learning and development, talent acquisition, and championing our one global thread culture.
With more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience across high-growth businesses in the fintech, healthtech, and cleantech sectors, Sam is a seasoned people leader with a proven track record in implementing mature HR frameworks, driving employee engagement, and building best-in-class leadership teams.
Away from the office, Sam enjoys all things sport and spending time with his young family.
Dan Loughney
Finance DirectorDan Joined Sonata One (then IDR Group) in March 2023 having worked in senior finance roles in private equity backed technology firms for over nine years. Prior to this he gained experience in commercial and financial due diligence across a range of sectors as part of PWC’s transaction services team. Dan is responsible for planning and executing the overall financial strategy for the business as we continue to grow.
Dan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance.
Outside of work Dan is kept very busy with his young daughter but when he has a moment to himself, he enjoys running, cycling and cooking.
Chantelle de Jongh
Head of OperationsChantelle de Jongh has over a decade of combined experience in both the legal and financial services industries. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the North West and is an Admitted Attorney in the High Court of South Africa. She joined Sonata One (then IDR) in 2022, following a successful career as a practising Admitted Attorney.
As Head of Operations Chantelle is responsible for ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of service for our clients through inspiring our team and driving ongoing improvements to our processes and technology.
When Chantelle is not working she enjoys the outdoors hiking, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends, balancing her professional and personal life.
Nikhil Ashra
Senior Commercial Development DirectorNikhil is part of our global Commercial Team based in New York. He is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition and the expansion of our strategic channel partnerships—leveraging his extensive private markets network.
He brings over 15 years of experience in business development and relationship management across the alternatives space, with a particular focus on fintech, capital allocation and wealth management.
Most recently, Nikhil held senior roles at private markets-focused fintech firms Canoe Intelligence and iCapital, where he developed a deep understanding of the sector’s operational challenges and the ways in which technology can unlock meaningful efficiencies.
Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and staying active through sports.
Louis Dodd
Head of MLRO and Managed ServicesLouis leads the growth and development of Sonata One’s (previously IDR) MLRO and Managed Services offerings. He and his global team are responsible for seamlessly handling all investment-related queries for our Managed Services clients (including handling the KYC both on, and from, their investments). Louis joined Sonata One following the completion of the BPTC (professional law qualifications) as a Senior Analyst in 2016. He gained experience across several teams before taking on the role of Managed Services Lead in 2021 and MLRO in 2022.
He is MLRO/MLCO for the regulated business and holds an ICA diploma in AML. In his spare time Louis enjoys sailing and is an avid reader.
Kevin Skorzewski
Senior Commercial Development DirectorBased in New York City, Kevin joined Sonata One in January 2025 to lead global strategic client and partnership development in the private markets.
A seasoned expert in global capital markets and investment management, Kevin has extensive experience across asset classes, investment strategies, and fund structures. He has built and led businesses focused on fund operations, product structuring, capital raising, and distribution, with deep expertise in fund administration, investor services, and financial technology.
Before joining Sonata One, Kevin led business development for alternative asset managers at BNY, and previously held senior roles at HSBC and J.P. Morgan Prime Brokerage. He began his career on the buy side at Avatar Investors Associates.
Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business. Away from the office, he enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, travel and spending time with his family.
Robin Silverthorne
Managing Director, Global Tax ServicesRobin joined Sonata One (then IDR) in September 2023. He has over 20 years’ experience in senior tax roles spanning global banking groups, Big 4 accounting firms and the UK tax authority. Robin’s unique blend of in-house, advisory and regulatory tax expertise provides the insight to tailor efficient, practical and innovative tax solutions for our clients.
As Tax Services Director, Robin is responsible for our global Tax Services strategy. He is focused on the continual enhancement, growth and optimisation of Tax Services during a climate of constant regulatory change.
Outside of work, Robin is Chairman of a cricket club more than 250 years old, still plays cricket and golf, enjoys watching local rugby and F1, and travelling with his with family (time permitting).
Mark Coppin
Head of Transfer AgencyMark joined Sonata One in 2024 and leads the development and delivery of our transfer agency service for private markets clients.
A qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the asset management industry, Mark has a strong focus on private funds. Prior to joining Sonata One, he held director-level operational roles at Standish Management and Apex Fund Services, bringing deep expertise in fund operations and governance.
Outside work Mark enjoys spending time with family, travelling and the outdoors. He is passionate about gardening, which he describes as both his creative outlet and personal gym.
Carina Eriksson
Managed Services Team LeadCarina joined Sonata One (then IDR Group) in 2022 having gained more than 7 years’ experience in legal roles across a variety of sectors such as Corporate and Commercial, Property and Personal Injury.
As Managed Services Team Lead, Carina is responsible for the smooth delivery and ongoing development of Sonata One’s Managed Services offering, which covers all inbound and investment related KYC for our private markets clients.
Carina is a qualified attorney and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) from the University of Cape Town.
In her spare time Carina enjoys travelling, reading and trying to save the world one stray animal at a time.
Askender Ouazzani
MLROBased in Luxembourg, Askender is responsible for growing and developing Sonata One’s MLRO service for our Luxembourg-domiciled clients. Askender joins Sonata One from an online broking business where he was Head of Compliance, and part of the team who obtained a licence from the local regulator. He has over 16 years’ experience working with institutional clients in the financial services sector and holds expertise in KYC and AML/CFT, MiFID, and Regulatory compliance.
Askender has a Master’s in Compliance (anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, Corruption, and Financing Terrorism) and a Certification as Compliance Officer in Luxembourg. Outside of work, Askender enjoys spending time with close friends and family, cooking at home and hiking.
Melody Van Eeden
Client Success ManagerMelody has over 10 years of client services experience across technology, consulting and financial services industries. She joined Sonata One (then IDR Group) in January 2022 heading up our client services team, before taking on the role of Client Success Manager. The key focus of her role is to be there for our clients providing a primary point of contact for issues, escalations, training or any other assistance.
Melody is a qualified attorney in South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Law) from RAU University, South Africa and a LLB Bachelor of Law from the University of Johannesburg. She’s a people-person, passionate about building relationships and always happy to assist others and solve problems.
In her spare time Melody enjoys reading, travelling, spending time in nature but most importantly spending time with her family.
Zabine Ellahee
Team Lead – TaxBased in our Mauritius office, Zabine has operational responsibility for our Tax Team – FATCA and CRS. She has more than 16 years of experience in client servicing roles gained in both trust administration and banking. For the last 4 years, she headed Citco’s centralised FATCA/CRS team in Mauritius and was responsible for the FATCA/CRS operations of offices in several jurisdictions.
Zabine is ACCA qualified and holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Mauritius. In her spare time, when she’s not trekking the globe, she enjoys artistic activities like crocheting and junk journals.
Rory Blazeby
Head of Client Relationship ManagementRory is an experienced Client Relationship Director with over ten years of experience managing strategic and key client relationships. As Head of Client Relationship Management is responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service, understanding the needs of our top tier clients, problem solving and building long term relationships. His main focus is on our key relationships in North America and Europe.
Rory holds a bachelor’s degree in history and since gained the Investment Management Certificate qualification. Outside of work he’s passionate about endurance and performance sports. He’s actively involved in a number of national and international events and has completed courses in sports leadership and strengh and conditioning.
Connor Jordan
Client Success ManagerConnor began his career with Sonata One (then IDR Group) in 2016 and has progressed rapidly within the business gaining experience across a range of functions including KYC, Fund Closing and Product before bringing his breadth and depth of knowledge of Sonata One’s operational capability and client requirements to bear in our Client Success Team.
As Client Success Manager, Connor acts as a principal point of contact for clients, handling escalations and identifying opportunities for focused training on our systems and processes as well as continually improving service delivery.
Connor holds a Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner Certificate in Project Management. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycle riding, yacht racing, and spending time with friends.
