Nicola leads Sonata One’s global people and talent function, focused on building our team and developing and retaining our talent. With 10 years’ experience across talent and people, including three years at Sonata One, she is passionate about building high-performing teams and a culture that enables growth.

A builder by nature, Nicola enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions and creating the foundations for Sonata One and its people to scale.

After 14 years abroad, including 12 years in the UK, Nicola returned to Cape Town in 2026 with her husband and two daughters. Outside work, she is a keen swimmer and enjoys making the most of life back in Cape Town.
