We’re delighted to have won the Funds Europe Award for European FundsTech Provider of the Year: Core Operations and Infrastructure. This category recognises firms transforming the fundamental “plumbing” of fund operations — streamlining processes, building scalable infrastructure, and driving meaningful innovation across private markets.
It was one of the most competitive categories of the night, with 14 highly innovative firms shortlisted, for the FundsTech Provider of the Year Award. This level of competition highlights how critical robust, scalable, industry-wide infrastructure has become as private markets continue to grow and evolve.
Our submission focused on three areas:
- The breadth and scale of our rapidly growing global network — connecting 180+ fund managers and 53,000+ investors on one platform, and enabling faster, more efficient capital raising by allowing investors to approve once and share a pre-approved passport across the fund lifecycle.
- New solutions supporting capital raising and investor servicing, including our enhanced operational tax services covering FATCA/CRS, withholding tax and W-forms.
- Future innovation, including our Transfer Agency service launching early next year, further building out our solution across the full fund lifecycle and enabling investors to select, subscribe to, settle and see the value of their investments — all through Sonata One.

The judging process was conducted by a panel of senior industry experts, who reviewed each submission independently before coming together to debate and agree the winners — making this one of the most respected awards in the industry.
