Sonata One has been named as one of just six finalists in the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology’s (LHoFT) Catapult Future Foundation Program.
This inaugural edition of the Program focuses on the need for a “cutting edge platform that enables seamless and secure data and document exchange between actors in the financial services industry”, according to the LHoFT.
By bringing together industry leaders, the initiative aims to foster ‘mutualisation’—developing shared technology solutions that address critical challenges facing the financial ecosystem.
Launched in December 2024, the program is guided by a steering committee of industry leaders including the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the CSSF, and the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance. Fintech firms were invited to propose solutions that reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the client experience—all while meeting the highest standards of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Following the announcement of the finalists on April 17, selected firms will participate in a Bootcamp in Luxembourg this May. During the program, participants will collaborate with judges and industry experts to refine their solutions before submitting final proposals.
Financial institutions, service providers, and fintech enthusiasts are encouraged to attend select sessions and engage with the finalists.
