Tim Andrews
CEOAs CEO and Founder of Sonata One, Tim leads the company’s vision to become the international exchange for private funds.
He has spent his career bringing people and technology together to simplify private markets investing – from building the core system at Ipes (now Apex Group) and launching one of Europe’s first licensed AIF Depositaries, to founding Sonata One (then The ID Register) in 2020.
Tim is passionate about cultivating a culture where people thrive and are inspired by Sonata One’s mission: opening private markets, streamlining access for institutions, and expanding opportunities for individuals to invest in their future and enjoy a happy and dignified retirement.
Outside the office, Tim’s most at home looking up and moving forward, running high in the mountains.
Jason Green
Chief Technology OfficerJason joined Sonata One (then IDR) in 2023 and has more than 15 years’ of experience working in senior management and technology roles in a broad range of sectors from startups to listed businesses. He’s also a seasoned entrepreneur and has built products from the ground up.
He will lead our product, UX, engineering, and data teams as we continue to grow focussing on enhancing our existing technology and developing new services.
In his spare time, Jason is a keen road cyclist and enjoys spending time with his kids, wife, and their plethora of animals including a dog, fish and a hamster.
Mark Quigley
General CounselMark has been with Sonata One (then IDR) since its early days and is our point person for everything legal. Mark is an attorney in New York and a solicitor in Ireland. Having spent years in risk management the opportunity, challenge, and fast growth of a fintech attracted Mark to jump ship.
Most recently, Mark has leveraged his legal background to lead the development and roll out of Sonata One’s fully digital subscription service. He is our sole employee based in Ireland and can be found surfing when not developing new product ideas or helping our clients.
Nnenna Onwukah
Chief of StaffNnenna Onwukah joined Sonata One as Chief of Staff, working closely with CEO Tim Andrews and the Senior Leadership Team to drive operational excellence, turn strategy into action, and keep the organisation aligned on its most critical priorities. She brings over 18 years of executive business support experience across high-growth startups and leading private equity firms. Before joining Sonata One, she held Chief of Staff roles at Moove and a range of senior executive support positions at notable firms including Hg Capital, DC Advisory Partners and TDR Capital. She holds an MSc in Project Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Abia State University.
Nnenna is a curious mind and keen explorer who enjoys watching documentaries and travelling to new destinations around the world.
Dan Loughney
Finance DirectorDan Joined Sonata One (then IDR Group) in March 2023 having worked in senior finance roles in private equity backed technology firms for over nine years. Prior to this he gained experience in commercial and financial due diligence across a range of sectors as part of PWC’s transaction services team. Dan is responsible for planning and executing the overall financial strategy for the business as we continue to grow.
Dan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance.
Outside of work Dan is kept very busy with his young daughter but when he has a moment to himself, he enjoys running, cycling and cooking.

Mark Coppin
Head of Transfer AgencyMark joined Sonata One in 2024 and leads the development and delivery of our transfer agency service for private markets clients.
A qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the asset management industry, Mark has a strong focus on private funds. Prior to joining Sonata One, he held director-level operational roles at Standish Management and Apex Fund Services, bringing deep expertise in fund operations and governance.
Outside work Mark enjoys spending time with family, travelling and the outdoors. He is passionate about gardening, which he describes as both his creative outlet and personal gym.
Emile Bester
Head of DeliveryEmile is an experienced operations leader with over 15 years of success improving processes, client experience and team performance. He specialises in aligning people, systems and processes to drive sustainable growth, with a track record that includes reducing operational error rates by 85%, lifting client satisfaction to world-class NPS levels, and leading major technology implementations. Passionate about developing people as much as improving performance, Emile is known for building strong cultures, empowering leaders and creating high-performing teams.
Lauren Willoughby
Head of DeliveryLauren Willoughby joined Sonata One as Head of Service Delivery, bringing more than 10 years of experience across financial services, with a strong focus on operations, fund accounting and client servicing environments. A Chartered Accountant (SA), she is responsible for supporting and developing her team, refining operational processes, and partnering on technology initiatives that strengthen client service delivery.
Lauren enjoys recharging with a good book, spending time with family, and making the most of a sunny day at the beach.
Chantelle de Jongh
Head of OperationsChantelle de Jongh has over a decade of combined experience in both the legal and financial services industries. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the North West and is an Admitted Attorney in the High Court of South Africa. She joined Sonata One (then IDR) in 2022, following a successful career as a practising Admitted Attorney.
As Head of Operations Chantelle is responsible for ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of service for our clients through inspiring our team and driving ongoing improvements to our processes and technology.
When Chantelle is not working she enjoys the outdoors hiking, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends, balancing her professional and personal life.
Thomas van der Linde
Marketing DirectorThomas leads brand growth and market positioning at Sonata One, focusing on scaling the platform and strengthening its role as global infrastructure for private funds. He brings over 20 years of experience across fintech, SaaS, and digital asset platforms.
Prior to Sonata One, Thomas worked with global brands including Motorola and Vodafone and later helped scale emerging technology platforms in the blockchain and digital assets space. His focus is on translating complex infrastructure into clear market propositions that support adoption, trust, and long-term growth.
Kevin Skorzewski
Senior Commercial Development DirectorBased in New York City, Kevin joined Sonata One in January 2025 to lead global strategic client and partnership development in the private markets.
A seasoned expert in global capital markets and investment management, Kevin has extensive experience across asset classes, investment strategies, and fund structures. He has built and led businesses focused on fund operations, product structuring, capital raising, and distribution, with deep expertise in fund administration, investor services, and financial technology.
Before joining Sonata One, Kevin led business development for alternative asset managers at BNY, and previously held senior roles at HSBC and J.P. Morgan Prime Brokerage. He began his career on the buy side at Avatar Investors Associates.
Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business. Away from the office, he enjoys playing golf, ice hockey, travel and spending time with his family.
Martin Mullins
Client Service DirectorMartin has been involved with Sonata One (previously IDR) since its inception as part of Ipes (now Apex). Prior to this, he spent 16 years leading operational teams within Ipes before moving into a client relationship management role.
Through his operational background, Martin has a great understanding of what our clients need and how we can best support them. He has oversight of all of client relationships and is responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver on expectations and grow revenue through the addition of new services.
Tayla Clemo
Client Success ManagerTayla Clemo is a Client Success Manager with 5 years of experience in the financial industry, supported by a further 5 years in law as an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She brings strong expertise in client relationship management, onboarding, KYC and AML, remediation projects, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on improving client experience and driving long-term value.
Her background combines regulatory understanding, operational leadership, and governance insight, including experience as an Onboarding Team Lead and in company secretarial work. Known for her structured, solutions-focused approach, Tayla is passionate about delivering practical, client-centric outcomes built on trust, responsiveness, and measurable impact.
Kishore Banger
Client Relationship ManagerKishore joined Sonata One (formerly ID Register) in 2024, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in global asset management, insurance and investment banking. Based in London, he is responsible for strengthening and expanding Sonata One’s client relationships across the UK and Europe, ensuring the firm delivers strategic value to each partner.
Prior to Sonata One, Kishore led insurance relationships across EMEA for Moody’s Investors Service. His earlier career includes senior positions at Assicurazioni Generali SpA—where he also served on the board of Europ Assistance in Paris—and analytical roles at Crédit Agricole, Credit Suisse and HSBC as a European equity specialist.
Outside the office, Kishore enjoys running, travelling, black‑and‑white film photography, music and time with his family.
Louis Dodd
Head of MLRO and Managed ServicesLouis leads the growth and development of Sonata One’s (previously IDR) MLRO and Managed Services offerings. He and his global team are responsible for seamlessly handling all investment-related queries for our Managed Services clients (including handling the KYC both on, and from, their investments). Louis joined Sonata One following the completion of the BPTC (professional law qualifications) as a Senior Analyst in 2016. He gained experience across several teams before taking on the role of Managed Services Lead in 2021 and MLRO in 2022.
He is MLRO/MLCO for the regulated business and holds an ICA diploma in AML. In his spare time Louis enjoys sailing and is an avid reader.
Askender Ouazzani
MLROBased in Luxembourg, Askender is responsible for growing and developing Sonata One’s MLRO service for our Luxembourg-domiciled clients. Askender joins Sonata One from an online broking business where he was Head of Compliance, and part of the team who obtained a licence from the local regulator. He has over 16 years’ experience working with institutional clients in the financial services sector and holds expertise in KYC and AML/CFT, MiFID, and Regulatory compliance.
Askender has a Master’s in Compliance (anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, Corruption, and Financing Terrorism) and a Certification as Compliance Officer in Luxembourg. Outside of work, Askender enjoys spending time with close friends and family, cooking at home and hiking.
Melody Van Eeden
Client Success ManagerMelody has over 10 years of client services experience across technology, consulting and financial services industries. She joined Sonata One (then IDR Group) in January 2022 heading up our client services team, before taking on the role of Client Success Manager. The key focus of her role is to be there for our clients providing a primary point of contact for issues, escalations, training or any other assistance.
Melody is a qualified attorney in South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Law) from RAU University, South Africa and a LLB Bachelor of Law from the University of Johannesburg. She’s a people-person, passionate about building relationships and always happy to assist others and solve problems.
In her spare time Melody enjoys reading, travelling, spending time in nature but most importantly spending time with her family.
Zabine Ellahee
Team Lead – TaxBased in our Mauritius office, Zabine has operational responsibility for our Tax Team – FATCA and CRS. She has more than 16 years of experience in client servicing roles gained in both trust administration and banking. For the last 4 years, she headed Citco’s centralised FATCA/CRS team in Mauritius and was responsible for the FATCA/CRS operations of offices in several jurisdictions.
Zabine is ACCA qualified and holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Mauritius. In her spare time, when she’s not trekking the globe, she enjoys artistic activities like crocheting and junk journals.
