Lauren Willoughby joined Sonata One as Head of Service Delivery, bringing more than 10 years of experience across financial services, with a strong focus on operations, fund accounting and client servicing environments. A Chartered Accountant (SA), she is responsible for supporting and developing her team, refining operational processes, and partnering on technology initiatives that strengthen client service delivery.

Lauren enjoys recharging with a good book, spending time with family, and making the most of a sunny day at the beach.
