Qualifications & Experience

  • Human Resource Qualification – CIPD Diploma – ICS
  • & Degree In Human Resource Management
  • Or a minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in designing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms with a focus on user-centric solutions.
  • Assist in the development of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design comps.
  • Ensure designs align with company branding and user experience objectives.
  • Participate in user research initiatives to understand user needs, validate design choices, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Help interpret research data to inform design decisions.
  • Engage with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to bring designs to fruition.
  • Provide design assets and guidance to developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Contribute to creating process flows, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
