We are a leading fintech company seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a keen eye for both UI and UX. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences, understanding customer needs through research, and translating those needs into intuitive designs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Expert professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the fintech or regtech industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and shipping successful software design projects.
  • Experience working in software development teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development and technologies.
  • UX and UI skills required with a focus on UX.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, effective, and beautiful user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design comps.
  • Ensure that the user experience is consistent and aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Lead and conduct user research to gather insights, validate design decisions, and uncover areas of improvement.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Reporting to the Head of Product and working closely with the product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible solutions to our users.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended and provide necessary design assets and guidance.
  • Create clear and detailed process flows, wireframes, and user flows to guide development and stakeholder understanding.
  • Mentor designers, share knowledge, and promote best design practices.
