Rory Blazeby

As Managing Director of Global Growth at Sonata One, Rory leads our global growth strategy, including new client acquisition, the development of existing mandates, and building strategic channel partnerships with firms that share our vision for modernised private markets infrastructure.

Rory joined Sonata One in 2021 and has played a central role in establishing and scaling our commercial and CRM functions. Prior to this, he spent over ten years managing strategic and key client relationships in the asset management industry.

Rory holds a bachelor’s degree in history and the Investment Management Certificate qualification. Outside of work, he is passionate about endurance and performance sports, actively participating in national and international events, and has completed courses in sports leadership and strength and conditioning.
